Mother Africa & Her Melodies (dir. Lulu Tsheola) is a one-hander play told by multi-instrumentalist and well-traveled musician and instrument collector Volley Nchabeleng. The indigenous musical show infuses a variety of African instruments into one spectacular showpiece. The performance takes the audience on an emotional journey of African music, from the seed to a tree that gave birth to African instruments, and to all the other sounds that nature produces.
